- Digital Goods Rule
All products sold on our website are digital downloadable files. No physical items will be delivered. Due to the nature of digital products, partial or full refunds are not available after the download link has been sent to your email. - Eligible Refund Conditions
Refund requests will only be accepted if all the following requirements are met:
- The downloaded file cannot be opened, installed or run normally after multiple tests;
- You provide complete error screenshots and operation steps for verification within 24 hours after purchase;
- We confirm the product has irreversible technical faults that cannot be fixed by guidance.
- Unacceptable Refund Reasons
We reject refund requests for these situations:
- You change your mind after purchase and no longer need the product;
- You cannot operate the software due to lack of relevant professional knowledge;
- Your device, system or trading platform environment is incompatible;
- You fail to make expected profits after using the product;
- You share, resell or leak the product to third parties.
- Refund Application Process
Send an email to [ahao85356@gmail.com] with your order ID and relevant proof materials within 7 days after payment. We will reply and review within 48 working hours. Unapproved refund applications will not be processed repeatedly. - Fraud Prevention
Malicious repeated refund applications, fake error materials or payment disputes filed without valid reasons will result in permanent account ban and loss of all product access rights.
