All items sold on this site are digital downloadable files. No physical goods will be shipped after payment. Once the download link is sent, we do not offer automatic refunds unless the file cannot be opened at all. - User License

You must provide a valid email to receive your download files. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Multiple fake accounts for repeated refund requests will be permanently blocked. - Payment
We accept payments via PayPal. All payment disputes must be raised within 7 days after purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent payment behavior is detected. - Service Changes
